There is a requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to have a Fire Risk Assessment carried out for all premises except a single private family dwelling. It is important that your fire risk assessor is qualified and third party accredited. At Corinium we are accredited by the Institution of Fire Engineers and we believe your Fire risk assessment process should be carried out in partnership with your Company to identify any significant findings to ensuring a safe, secure, environment from fire for your staff, residents and visitors and to ensure you are compliant with Fire safety legislation. FIRE SAFETY TRAINING
We carry out Fire training
Fire Training is not a luxury, it is a requirement of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. To drive down the possibility of fires occurring, all staff need to be trained in Fire Awareness training and the responsible person for the premises requires Fire Manager Training and identified staff require Fire Warden Training.
